2 Rooftop Homes Near The Gulch | Nashville | Sleeps 20

Gulch Double books two side-by-side homes on one Nashville reservation, each with its own kitchen and rooftop deck, just minutes from The Gulch and downtown Broadway.
• Sleeps 20 across 6 bedrooms and 16 beds combined
• 5 bathrooms combined
• Two rooftop decks with fire pits and skyline views
• Two full kitchens and two living rooms, no shared spaces between homes
• Smart TVs in every room
• Garage parking at each home plus free street parking
• Minutes to The Gulch, Broadway, and downtown Nashville

Each home opens through its own front door into an open living room with a leather sofa and a stocked bar cart, so the welcome starts before anyone makes it upstairs. With two complete homes side by side, you get two kitchens, two living rooms, and 5 bathrooms combined, so nobody is waiting on the counter or the shower before a night out.

Both homes lead up to rooftop decks finished with fire pits, string lights, neon signage, and a turf accent wall, plus an outdoor lounge area on each deck for stretching out before the group heads downtown.

Spend the day exploring The Gulch or Broadway, grill out on the gas grill as evening settles in, then climb to the rooftop for fire pit conversation under the lights before everyone retreats to their own home to actually sleep.
