Rooftop deck house sleeps 12, 2-car garage, Nashville

Sunset Views puts a private rooftop deck over the Nashville skyline right outside your door, minutes from Broadway.
• Sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms and 6 beds
• 4 full bathrooms, including an en-suite
• Private rooftop deck with dining table, sofa, and skyline views
• Open-concept kitchen and living room built for the group
• 2-car garage parking plus free street parking
• Pet friendly

This 3-story townhouse gives a group room to actually spread out, with an open kitchen and living area on the main level that keeps everyone in one conversation instead of splitting off into separate rooms. The kitchen's granite island and bar stools flow straight into a sectional-filled living room, so the cook never misses the group catching up before a night out.

Up top, the rooftop deck is the real draw: a dining table, sofa, and string lights under the open sky make it the spot for sunset drinks before everyone heads down to Broadway, and the spot everyone comes back to afterward.

Picture the day starting with coffee in the open kitchen, an afternoon out exploring downtown, a sunset toast up on the roof, and the night winding down over drinks under the string lights before everyone retreats to a real bed.
