Nashville home with 2 skyline decks, sleeps 12

UPSTAGE gives you two separate decks over the Nashville skyline instead of one, just minutes from Centennial Park and The Parthenon, with a media room to retreat to after dark.
• Sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms and 10 beds
• 5 bathrooms, most bedrooms with private en suites
• Two expansive decks with skyline views, a giant chess set, mini golf, and Jenga
• Media room with a 70" TV for movie nights
• Fast 361 Mbps wifi plus a dedicated workspace
• 2-car garage plus free street parking
• Minutes to Centennial Park and The Parthenon

Four en suite bedrooms mean nobody shares a bathroom and nobody feels like a guest in their own room. That kind of privacy is rare in a house built for a group this size, and it changes how the whole stay feels. Downstairs opens up around a marble-top kitchen island with seating for four, flowing straight into a living room with a sectional sofa and TV.

A separate media room with its own 70" TV gives the group a second hangout for movie nights or a quieter corner away from the main floor. Upstairs holds the real standout: a kitchenette with a wet bar, sink, and board games on the shelf, steps from a deck set up with a giant chess set, mini golf, Jenga, lounge seating, and an outdoor dining table for group meals over the skyline.

A second deck adds another spot to spread out, so there's always room to gather without stepping on each other. Spend the day at Centennial Park and The Parthenon, grill out on the deck as the skyline catches the evening light, then split between the media room and the upper lounge for a round of chess or Jenga before everyone heads back to their own en suite bedroom.
