Nashville speakeasy house, rooftop hot tub, sleeps 12

How We Roll is a music-themed Nashville house built around a speakeasy lounge and a rooftop hot tub under the skyline, with bedrooms styled after Music City legends.
• Sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms and 14 beds
• 4 bathrooms
• Rooftop deck with hot tub, fire pit, cornhole, and lounge seating
• Speakeasy lounge with pool table, bar, karaoke, and arcade
• Garage parking plus free street parking
• Themed bedrooms inspired by Music City legends, plus a vanity getting-ready space

This four-bedroom house turns a Nashville weekend into a private night out, no cover charge required. The group never has to leave for entertainment because the speakeasy lounge and rooftop do the heavy lifting.

Four bedrooms and four bathrooms give everyone room to actually sleep after the group spreads out across the living room's yellow sectional, the throne chair, and the kitchen's coffee bar for slow mornings before the day gets going.

Downstairs, the speakeasy lounge leans into its brick-wall theme with a pool table, a stocked bar, a karaoke setup, and an arcade machine, while upstairs the bedrooms carry guitar murals, a vanity getting-ready space, and decor inspired by Music City legends like Johnny Cash, Prince, and Chris Stapleton.

Spend the afternoon exploring Germantown, come back for cocktails and a few rounds of pool in the speakeasy, then head up to the rooftop deck for cornhole and a soak in the hot tub as the skyline lights up at dusk.

BEDROOM LAYOUT
Four distinct bedrooms let a bachelorette party, family reunion, or group of friends split up without anyone losing sleep, and two sofa beds add flexibility for a bigger crew.
• Bedroom 1: King bed plus a futon
• Bedroom 2: 4 full beds plus a twin trundle
• Bedroom 3: 2 queen beds
• Bedroom 4: King bed plus a trundle, with a chair that folds out to a single bed
• Plus in the living room: sofa bed
• Plus in the speakeasy bonus room: sofa bed

This layout works well for bachelorette weekends, group travel, and milestone birthdays that want a home base with its own nightlife built in; it's not set up for events with outside guests. Nashville house parties like this one book out fast for festival and holiday weekends, so reserve your dates while they're open
