The Gulch condo | private deck, pool & 20ft ceilings

Swim Social pairs the Nashville Deck, a private perch with downtown skyline views, with 20+ ft ceilings right in the Gulch, a short drive from Broadway's honky-tonks.
• Sleeps 8 across 2 bedrooms and 5 beds
• 2 full bathrooms, both en suite
• Nashville Deck: large private deck with downtown skyline views
• 20+ ft ceilings and open-concept living
• Seasonal shared pool and on-site gym
• Free garage parking included

This condo sits in the Gulch, Nashville's walkable mix of restaurants, shops, and nightlife, with Broadway just a short drive away when you want the honky-tonks. Big windows and over 20 feet of ceiling height pull the city into the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, and the building's own balcony-lined exterior frames the skyline before you even step outside.

Both bedrooms come with their own en suite bathroom. The Master Suite holds a king bed, while the Guest Suite is set up with two full beds, giving two couples or families a private space without sharing a bathroom. A twin daybed and queen sofa bed in the main living area stretch capacity to 8 guests total, so nobody has to split a bedroom to fit the group.

The standout feature is the Nashville Deck, your own private outdoor space with an unobstructed downtown skyline view that's yours alone, not shared with the building's balconies. Spend the afternoon at the seasonal pool, watch the skyline change color from the Nashville Deck at sunset, then wind down under those dramatic ceilings before heading out for a night in the Gulch or Broadway.
