Rooftop hot tub townhouse, sleeps 12 | Nashville

Going Up stacks a double-decker rooftop, complete with an 8-person hot tub and skyline views, right over a Nashville home built for big groups.
• Sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms and 10 beds
• 4.5 bathrooms
• Double-decker rooftop with 8-person hot tub and city views
• Built-in grill and outdoor dining on the rooftop
• Garage parking plus free street parking
• Pets welcome
• Minutes from downtown Nashville

Four floors of color and personality set this one apart, from an Elvis Presley wall decal over the kitchen island to a neon-lit dining room and a disco-ball theme room tucked along the stairs. Each space doubles as a photo-worthy backdrop for the group, whether that's dinner under the neon sign or the rooftop at sunset.

The open kitchen looks straight into a living room anchored by a fireplace, TV, and a big sectional, so the group never splits up between cooking and hanging out. Head up top for the real showstopper: a double-decker rooftop with a built-in grill, outdoor dining, lounge seating, and an 8-person hot tub looking out over the skyline.

Spend the day exploring Nashville, grill out as the sun drops over the rooftop, soak in the hot tub once the skyline lights up, then wind down in the disco-ball theme room before everyone retreats to their own bed.

BEDROOM LAYOUT
Four floors give every group its own level, so families and friend groups can spread out without crowding one room.
• 2nd floor bedroom: 6 twin beds
• 3rd floor bedroom: 2 king beds
• 3rd floor bedroom: 1 queen bed
• 4th floor bedroom: 1 king bed

This layout works well for a bachelorette weekend, a family reunion, or any group travel crowd that wants a rooftop hot tub and real bedrooms for everyone, not a house built around unregistered events.
