Rooftop deck near Broadway • sleeps 12 • game room

The Lookout puts your group minutes from downtown Nashville, with a rooftop deck built for skyline views and a private game room for the nights you don't want to end.

• Private game room with air hockey, guitars, and neon signage
• Open-concept kitchen and living room
• Free street parking plus a dedicated parking space
• Quick ride to Broadway's honky-tonks

Forget splitting a bachelorette party or family reunion across two cramped houses. The Lookout gives everyone a real bed and still leaves room to gather, from the game room downstairs to the rooftop up top. The open kitchen and living room anchor the house, with a neon sign glowing over tropical wallpaper, bar stools at the island, and two sofas plus armchairs for the whole group to pile onto.

Down below, the game room turns into the late-night hangout with an air hockey table, guitars on the wall, and a disco light keeping the energy up. Upstairs, the rooftop deck is the real draw: bar seating, string lights, artificial turf, and skyline views that make the sunset drink feel like an event.

Spend the day exploring downtown and Broadway's honky-tonks, come back for games in the game room, then head up to the rooftop as the city lights switch on before everyone retreats to a real bed for the night.
