Nashville 4BR sleeps 12 • ping pong lounge, garage

The Sweet Spot gives your group four bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a garage converted into a Ping Pong Lounge for North Nashville game nights.
• Sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms and 12 beds
• 4 full bathrooms, including one with a double vanity and granite counters
• Ping Pong Lounge with lounge seating and a full game setup
• Open concept living and dining with a sectional and TV
• Full kitchen with gas range, stainless appliances, and a big island
• Attached garage doubles as a photo-op backdrop with a marquee sign and pink accent wall
• Pets welcome

Walk in and the first thing you notice is how much the group actually gets to be together. The kitchen opens straight into the living room, so whoever is cooking is never cut off from the conversation on the sectional. Four bedrooms sleep the group of 12 without anyone doubling up on a couch, and the open layout means breakfast, game nights, and pre-dinner drinks all happen in the same easy space.

A full kitchen with a gas range, stainless appliances, and a roomy island keeps meal prep simple even when everyone pitches in at once. The garage has been turned into a Ping Pong Lounge, with lounge seating, a full game setup, a marquee sign, and a pink accent wall that doubles as a photo-op backdrop for the group.

Each bedroom has its own personality too, with green ceilings, patterned wallpaper, and neon accents giving the house a playful feel without losing the comfort of a real home base. Spend the day exploring Shelby Park and Riverfront Park, cook up a group dinner back at the house, battle it out in the Ping Pong Lounge, then settle into the colorful bedrooms to recharge before the next day in Music City.
