Nashville game room house with hot tub, sleeps 13

This Nashville house turns the garage into a full-on party room, with a karaoke stage, beer pong, and cornhole steps from a private hot tub glowing under the city sky.
• Sleeps 13 across 4 bedrooms and 9 beds
• 4 full bathrooms
• Private hot tub with city views
• Game room with karaoke stage, beer pong, and cornhole
• Custom mural and photo wall for group shots
• Garage parking plus free street parking

Neon signs, a disco ball, and cow-print armchairs set the tone the moment your group walks in. This is a house built for people who came to celebrate, not sit quietly watching TV. Four bedrooms spread across three floors give everyone a place to land, from a stacked-twin room for the younger crew up to a king bed in the third-floor master.

With 9 beds and 4 full bathrooms split across the house, nobody is waiting in line for a shower before a night out. The standout space is the game room, built right into the garage with the bay door thrown open, a stage set up with pink guitars and microphones, a cornhole set, and a mural wall made for photos. Grab the mic for karaoke, run a beer pong bracket, then head to the hot tub to wind down under the city sky.

Picture a day out exploring downtown, dinner off the grill back at the house, karaoke and beer pong once the sun goes down, and a late soak in the hot tub before everyone crashes for the night.
