Rooftop Deck Nashville Home, Sleeps 12, 4 Baths

The Rooftop Record puts your Nashville group on a private rooftop deck with skyline views, a short rideshare from Broadway's honky-tonks. Four bedrooms and four full bathrooms mean everyone gets their own space to land after a night out.
• Sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms and 6 beds
• 4 full bathrooms, including an ensuite off one bedroom
• Private rooftop deck with dining table, lounge seating, and string lights
• Open kitchen with marble island seating for four
• Living room with sectional sofa and armchairs for the group
• Pet friendly

Twelve guests touring Nashville usually means someone ends up on an air mattress. At The Rooftop Record, four real bedrooms and four full bathrooms mean every guest gets an actual bed and nobody negotiates for bathroom time. The kitchen opens straight into the living room, so whoever's cooking never misses the conversation happening on the sectional and yellow armchairs.

A marble island with stool seating for four keeps breakfast moving before the group heads out for the day. Up top, the rooftop deck is the real draw: a dining table, lounge seating, and string lights turn into a nightly ritual once the Nashville skyline lights up.

Spend the day wandering Germantown or grabbing barbecue at Jack's, cook together back at the house, then head upstairs to close out the night under the lights. Hosted by Misfit Homes, with support on call any time your stay needs something.
