Neon Retro 3BR Townhouse, Sleeps 10, 2-Car Garage

Velvet Vibes brings a retro-modern edge to East Nashville, anchored by a neon "Sail Away With Me" sign and a Cassette-Inspired Lounge built for entertaining. Minutes from Five Points and a quick ride to Broadway, it's made for bachelorette weekends, reunions, and group getaways.
• Sleeps 10 across 3 bedrooms and 4 beds
• 3 full bathrooms, most bedrooms with private en suites
• Neon "Sail Away With Me" feature wall over a cassette-themed lounge
• Memory foam king and queen beds throughout
• Dedicated workspace with high-speed WiFi
• 2-car private garage

East Nashville rewards exploring on foot by day and gathering back home after dark, and this townhouse is built for exactly that rhythm. The living room's blue sectional sits under a neon sign reading "Sail Away With Me," setting the tone for pre-night-out drinks before anyone heads toward Broadway.

Three bedrooms and three full baths mean no one waits in line to get ready, with two of the three bedrooms offering private en suites. The open kitchen and dining area keep the cook connected to the group, with an island, breakfast bar seating, and a separate dining table for group meals.

The standout is the Cassette-Inspired Lounge, a retro wet bar stocked with barware and a Marshall speaker under cassette-tape wallpaper, with a Dolly Parton print and a gold Nashville map pulling the Music City theme through, while a mirrored getting-ready nook nearby makes final touches before a night out easy. It works as easily for a quiet morning of emails as it does for cocktails before a night out.

Spend the day wandering Five Points and East Nashville's coffee shops, grab dinner and live music on Broadway, then come home to drinks at the Cassette-Inspired Lounge and a late playlist under the neon sign before splitting off to king suites for the night.

BEDROOM LAYOUT
Each bedroom offers its own retreat, so a group can spread out while still sharing the common spaces downstairs.
• Primary bedroom: King bed, en suite bathroom, dark green accent wall
• Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds, en suite bathroom, ceiling fan
• Bedroom 3: King bed, mounted TV, en suite bathroom, walk-in closet
• Plus in the living room: a sofa bed for extra sleepers Ideal for bachelorette weekends, reunions, and groups who want a stylish home base near East Nashville's restaurants and music venues; not designed for large parties beyond the confirmed guest count. East Nashville books up fast around weekend events, so reserve your dates while they're open

The garage fits two standard vehicles; larger SUVs may need to use street parking instead, and we don't recommend parking with the garage door left open.
