Rooftop hot tub, game room, sleeps 12 - Nashville

The Gambler pairs a rooftop hot tub with a full game room in this 4-bedroom Nashville house, just minutes from Geodis Park.
• Sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms and 10 beds
• 3.5 bathrooms
• Rooftop hot tub with skyline views
• Game room with a pool table and poker table
• Backyard chess, cornhole, and a gas grill
• Private garage parking

This South Nashville house gives a group of 12 room to actually spread out, with the kitchen, living room, and game room flowing into one open layout instead of stacking everyone into one spot. The kitchen's island and bar stools keep the cook in on the conversation while gas stove dinners come together, and the living room's sectional and TV make for an easy group hangout after a day out.

Down the hall, the game room runs a pool table and a poker table under guitar-themed wallpaper, the kind of space that turns into a tournament by the second night. The standout is up top: a rooftop hot tub with skyline views, the spot where the group ends up once the sun goes down.

Spend the day at Geodis Park, soak in the rooftop hot tub as the skyline lights up, trade rounds of poker and pool downstairs, then split off to four private bedrooms to actually sleep.
