Hot Tub & Game Room House | Sleeps 12 | Nashville

This Nashville house sleeps 12 with a hot tub, pool table, and arcade games built for group trips, just minutes from Geodis Park.

• 3.5 bathrooms
• Private hot tub for soaking after a day out
• Pool table and arcade machine in a dedicated game room
• Gas grill and garage parking
• Backyard hangout with hammock and giant chess set
• Minutes from Geodis Park and downtown Nashville

Group trips need more than one TV and a coffee table. Here the group spreads across four bedrooms, a dedicated game room, and a backyard built for lounging between activities. The kitchen opens straight into the living room, so whoever's cooking stays part of the conversation happening on the sectional.

Stainless appliances, a gas range, and bar seating keep meal prep part of the hangout instead of a chore in another room. Step outside and the backyard becomes its own hangout spot, with a hammock, a giant chess set, and a mural-lined fence for photos between rounds. Inside, the game room pairs a pool table with an arcade machine for a rainy afternoon or a late-night tournament.

Spend the day at Geodis Park or wandering 12 South, grill out back as the sun drops, then trade turns at the pool table and arcade before closing the night out in the hot tub.
