Hot Tub House Near Geodis Park • Sleeps 12, 4BR

The Retreat puts your group minutes from Geodis Park with a hot tub, a dedicated game room, and a backyard built for lounging between innings.
• Sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms and 10 beds
• 3.5 bathrooms
• Hot tub
• Game room with pool table and poker table
• Private garage plus free street parking
• Backyard with giant chess, cornhole, putting green, and a hammock

Groups come to The Retreat for the kind of weekend where nobody has to choose between relaxing and staying entertained. The house is set up so a soccer afternoon at Geodis Park rolls straight into a backyard hangout and a late game room session without anyone leaving the property.

Four bedrooms spread the group out, and the open kitchen with its gas stove, pot filler, and island keeps the cook in the middle of the action instead of stuck behind a wall. A game room with a pool table and poker table gives the house a second gathering spot once the backyard winds down.

Step outside and the backyard does the heavy lifting: a hot tub, a putting green, a giant chess set, cornhole boards, and a hammock under a mural fence spelling out Nashville. It is the kind of space that turns a quiet afternoon into the photo everyone remembers from the trip.

Spend the day at Geodis Park or wandering 12 South, come back for a few holes on the putting green and a round of cornhole in the backyard, soak in the hot tub as the evening cools off, then finish the night with pool table rematches before everyone heads up to bed.
