Bubbles holds four bedrooms plus a pull-out sofa for two more guests, its kitchen opening straight into the living room over light gray woven bar stools so whoever's cooking never gets cut off from the group. Its rooftop deck carries the hot tub, lit up pink at night with skyline views stretching past the lounge seating.

Sparks mirrors it with four more bedrooms and its own pull-out sofa, trading the hot tub for a fire pit and gas grill up on its rooftop, with the same skyline view at dusk. One bedroom leans into a comic-book mural with its own balcony doorway, and a living room here carries a pink rug and green armchair for a bolder color palette.

Spend the day exploring Broadway and downtown, watch the skyline shift color from one rooftop before dinner off the grill, then trade the fire pit for the hot tub before the group splits back to their own home to actually sleep.
