Hot tub & garage near Geodis Park | sleeps 12

Overdrive puts a hot tub, private garage, and room for 12 just minutes from Geodis Park in Nashville.
• Sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms and 10 beds
• 3.5 bathrooms, including en-suite baths
• Private hot tub
• Pool table, Pac-Man arcade, and ping pong table
• Gas grill and a giant lawn chess set out back
• Private garage parking

Four bedrooms spread across Overdrive give a group of 12 real separation, not just one shared common room. Minutes from Geodis Park and a quick ride to Broadway, it's built for groups who want downtown access without staying in the middle of it.

Each bedroom brings its own style, from a queen room with a plant-filled dresser to a room of stacked green and dark gray frames with built-in ladders, good for kids or friends who'd rather stack up than split a hotel floor. Three and a half bathrooms, including en-suite baths, mean nobody is waiting around in the morning.

Out back, the hot tub and gas grill make Overdrive's outdoor space the real gathering spot, with a giant lawn chess set, a hammock, and a mural-lined fence for the slower afternoons. Inside, a pool table, Pac-Man arcade, and a ping pong table tucked in the bonus garage space keep the group entertained once the sun goes down, alongside a living room with a sectional sofa, gallery wall, and neon sign.

Spend the day at Geodis Park or wandering 12 South, grill out back as the sun drops, soak in the hot tub once the group's back together, then rack up a game of pool or ping pong before everyone splits off to their own bedroom to actually sleep. Overdrive is managed by Misfit Homes, who keep support just a message away throughout the stay.
