4 Rooftop Hot Tubs • Sleeps 48 • Nashville

Quad Retreat books four side-by-side Nashville homes on one reservation, each with its own rooftop deck and hot tub, minutes from Geodis Park. Built for massive reunions, bachelorette weekends, and group trips too big for a single house.
• Sleeps 48 across 16 bedrooms and 40 beds combined
• 14 bathrooms combined
• Four private rooftop decks, each with its own hot tub
• Shared outdoor barrel sauna
• Game room with pool table, arcade machine, and record wall art
• Gas grill and private garage parking at each home
• Four full kitchens and living rooms, one in each home

Four complete homes under one roof line mean four kitchens, four living rooms, and nobody splitting a bathroom schedule with forty-seven other people. Each house runs its own rooftop deck, so the group can spread across all four or pile onto one for a bigger party. Every home sleeps its own group with four real bedrooms and a private hot tub up top, so a family or a wedding party can claim a full house to themselves.

The ground floor opens into a kitchen with a marble island and bar stools, flowing straight into a sectional living room, so whoever's cooking still hears the conversation. One of the rooftops carries mini golf alongside its hot tub and lounge seating, and the shared game room brings a pool table and arcade machine under a wall of record art for the whole group to compete over.

Out back, a shared outdoor barrel sauna gives the group a second place to unwind after a day on the town, separate from the rooftop hot tubs and built for the whole crew to rotate through. Spend the day near Geodis Park, grill out on a rooftop as the skyline catches the sunset, sweat it out in the sauna, then head down for pool table rematches before everyone retreats to their own house to actually sleep.
