Hot tub house near downtown Nashville, sleeps 12

Sip & Dip puts a private hot tub right outside your door, with skyline views minutes from downtown Nashville and Germantown. Four bedrooms and a pull-out sofa give the whole group real beds, not an air mattress in the corner.
• Sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms and 6 beds plus a pull-out sofa
• 3.5 bathrooms
• Private hot tub with city views
• Built-in makeup and getting-ready area for the group to get glammed up together
• Chef-style kitchen island with bar seating for the whole group
• Private garage plus free street parking
• Curated wallpaper and bold art throughout

Nights here start on the patio around the hot tub, where the skyline glows after dark and the group trades stories over a drink before heading back in. It's the kind of spot that turns a quiet Tuesday into the best part of the trip. Inside, the kitchen island opens straight into the living room, so the person cooking is never cut off from the group, with bar seating plus a dining area for family-style meals.

Before a night out, the group can get ready together at the built-in makeup and getting-ready area instead of fighting over a bathroom mirror. Bold wallpaper, a chandelier, and curated art carry through the hallways and living spaces, giving the house a design-forward feel room to room.

Four bedrooms are spread so everyone gets a real bed, and the pull-out sofa handles any extra sleepers without anyone losing the living room for the night. Spend the day exploring Germantown or Riverfront Park, grill out on the gas grill come evening, then head to the hot tub under the city lights before the house settles in for the night.
