Rooftop deck house | sleeps 12 | downtown Nashville

Welcome to NashVegas, a 4-bedroom Nashville house built around a rooftop deck with skyline views, string lights, and a "Music City" neon sign. Grill out up top, then head down to the game room for poker and ping pong before everyone crashes in their own bed.
• Sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms and 13 beds
• 4 bathrooms
• Rooftop deck with bar seating, grill, and downtown skyline views
• Game room with poker table, ping pong, and 4K Smart TV
• Garage parking plus free street parking
• 2 miles from Broadway and downtown Nashville

NashVegas sits about 2 miles from Broadway, close enough for a quick rideshare into the honky-tonks but tucked into a quieter residential stretch for when the group needs to regroup. The open living room, with its record player, mural wall, and a guitar leaning in the corner, sets the tone before anyone even makes it upstairs.

Downstairs you get an open kitchen and dining area with a round table under a Nashville sign, plus a living room with a wall-mounted TV and plenty of seating for the whole crew. Four bedrooms spread across the house, each bathroom stocked with a hair dryer, so nobody's waiting in line before heading out for the night.

The rooftop deck is the real draw: sectional and bar seating, a grill, string lights, and a neon "Music City" sign lighting up once the sun drops.

Spend the afternoon downtown, grill up dinner as the skyline turns gold from the roof, then move the party to the game room for poker and ping pong before everyone splits off to sleep, with one of the bedrooms doubling as a getting-ready spot thanks to its own makeup vanity and lighted mirror.
