Two Rooftop Homes, Hot Tub & Fire Pit, Sleeps 20

Whiskey & Water books two side-by-side Nashville homes on one reservation, each with its own rooftop deck, full kitchen, and bathrooms, just minutes from Broadway and Germantown.
• Sleeps 20 across 6 bedrooms and 10 beds combined
• 6 bathrooms combined, no sharing between groups
• Two rooftop decks, one with a hot tub, the other with a fire pit and gas grill
• Two full kitchens and living rooms, one in each home
• Built-in makeup and getting-ready area
• Garage parking
• Minutes to Broadway, East Nashville, and Germantown

This stretch of North Nashville puts you close to the honky-tonks without paying downtown prices, and with two full homes booked together, a bachelorette party or family reunion can spread out instead of stacking up in one house. Each home sleeps 10 across three bedrooms: a king room, a queen room, and a room with 2 queen beds in a stacked arrangement, plus a pull-out sofa for extra sleepers.

Every home has its own full kitchen, its own bathrooms, and its own living room, so nobody's waiting on the counter or the shower before heading out for the day. One home also has a built-in makeup and getting-ready area, handy for a group prepping together before a night out.

One home's rooftop deck centers on a hot tub with skyline views, while the other's has a fire pit, a gas grill, and a dining table for group cookouts under the open sky. With identical layouts in both homes, groups can split by family or friend group and still gather whenever they want.

Spend the day exploring Broadway or Germantown, grill out on the rooftop as the skyline turns gold, then settle in around the fire pit or the hot tub before everyone retreats to their own home to actually sleep.
