'PLUNGE CITY' is the name on this Nashville house, and it earns it with a Balboa hot tub bubbling on the deck and a backyard built for games, not just lounging. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms give a group of 12 real room to spread out instead of stacking up on couches. The open kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together downstairs, so whoever's cooking never misses the conversation.

The kitchen's large island and bar seating open straight into a living room built for groups, with a dining table and bench seating nearby for everyone to eat together, plus a Keurig and Nespresso on the counter for the inevitable slow mornings after a late night.

Outside is where this house earns its keep: a backyard mini golf course, a pool table inside for a rematch, and that hot tub on the deck for soaking under the open sky.

One bedroom doubles as a built-in party backdrop, strung with disco balls, balloons, and a tinsel backdrop for celebration photos, while a covered balcony with city views and a neon sign reading 'Sip Back and Relax' over a greenery wall gives the group one more spot to gather after dark.

Spend the afternoon playing a round of mini golf, rack up a game on the pool table once the sun drops, soak in the hot tub under the stars, then wind down on the balcony before everyone turns in for the night.
