Rooftop skyline house sleeps 12 near Broadway

TOPSIDE puts your whole group on a private rooftop deck with Nashville skyline views, just a quick rideshare from Broadway and downtown. Four floors keep everyone together without anyone fighting over a bed.
• Sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms and 12 beds
• 4 full bathrooms
• Private rooftop deck with skyline views
• Gas grill for rooftop cookouts
• Garage plus free street parking
• Pet-friendly
• Bonus Room with 3 single beds for kids or late arrivals

Four stories give TOPSIDE a layout most rentals can't match, with the group landing together downstairs before peeling off to their own floor when it's time to wind down. Downtown's lower Broadway is a short rideshare away, so you get the skyline view without staying in the thick of the noise.

The main level opens the kitchen straight onto the living room and dining table, so whoever's cooking stays part of the conversation. A washer, dryer, and central air mean this is a place to actually live for a few days, not just crash between plans. The rooftop deck is the real draw: outdoor seating, string lights, and a gas grill set against an open skyline view, built for a sunset drink before the group heads out.

Picture the crew grilling up top as the sun drops over the city, heading down to gather around the dining table, then splitting off to separate floors to actually sleep.
