2 rooftop homes | sleeps 24 | near Broadway

Twin Skyline books two side-by-side Nashville homes on one reservation, each with its own rooftop deck and kitchen, with Broadway and downtown just a quick rideshare away. Built for bachelorette weekends, reunions, and groups too big for one house.
• Sleeps 24 across 8 bedrooms and 24 beds combined
• 8 bathrooms combined, most bedrooms with private en suites
• Two private rooftop decks with skyline views and bar seating
• Two full kitchens and two living rooms, exclusive to your group with no shared spaces
• Garage parking at each home plus free street parking
• 2 min drive to Geodis Park, quick ride to Broadway

Two full front doors, two full kitchens, and two living rooms mean this group never splits down to one bathroom line or one coffee pot. Each home stands complete on its own, so families or friend groups can spread out and still be steps from each other all weekend.

Home One holds four bedrooms off a kitchen open to the living and dining area, so the cook is never cut out of the conversation, plus a bonus room with three single beds for extra sleepers. Its rooftop deck looks over the Nashville skyline with string lights and bar seating, built for a sunset drink before everyone heads out.

Home Two mirrors it almost exactly: four more bedrooms, a second full kitchen and living room, a matching bonus room, and a second private rooftop deck with its own skyline view and neon sign. Two decks means two sunset toasts, or one big one if the whole group wants to end the night together.

Spend the day at Geodis Park or catching a set at Zanies, grill out on the gas grill, then take the party up to the rooftops as the skyline lights up and the neon signs switch on before everyone retreats to their own home to actually sleep.

BEDROOM LAYOUT
With identical layouts in both homes, groups can easily divide into separate houses while staying together for the weekend.
Home 1
• Bedroom 1: King bed, en suite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds, shared bathroom
• Bedroom 3: 2 queen beds plus a double bed, shared bathroom
• Bedroom 4: 2 queen beds plus a double bed, en suite bathroom

Home 2

• Bedroom 3: 2 queen beds plus a double bed, shared bathroom
• Bedroom 4: 2 queen beds plus a double bed, en suite bathroom

It's not designed for events with guests outside your registered group. Group weekends this close to Broadway and Geodis Park fill up fast, especially around fall festival season.
