Walk to Hattie B's & Publix | East Nashville game room

Green Room is an East Nashville house that turns its garage into a sports and game room with shuffleboard and ping pong, and sits an easy walk from the new Hattie B's, a Starbucks, and a Publix for groceries without delivery fees.
• Sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms and 11 beds
• 4 bathrooms
• Garage game room with shuffleboard and ping pong table
• Open-concept kitchen with large island and bar seating
• Upstairs coffee bar with mini-fridge
• Covered balcony with rocking chairs and string lights
• Free parking space behind the garage

Across the street sits the new Hattie B's, and a short walk gets you to Starbucks and a Publix for groceries, so the group can skip delivery fees entirely and still have everything on hand. Downtown and Broadway are just a short drive away when the group is ready for a night out.

Inside, neon signs glow along the entryway and staircase, a pinup mural lines the hallway, and a faux fire display (a light fixture shaped like flickering flame, not gas logs) anchors the living room, so Green Room's personality hits you before you set down your bags.

The open-concept kitchen puts everyone in the same room instead of splitting the group between counter and table, with a large island, bar seating, and grey cabinetry that keeps the cook part of the conversation. Upstairs, a small coffee bar with a mini-fridge means the first person up doesn't have to wake anyone else to get coffee going.

The real draw is the converted garage, now a sports and game room with a shuffleboard table and ping pong table behind a garage door that opens the space up when you want it.

Walk over for groceries and barbecue in the morning, spend the afternoon in East Nashville, gather on the covered balcony under string lights as the sun goes down, then head to the game room for shuffleboard and ping pong before everyone splits off to their own bed.
