Rooftop deck & fire pit house - Nashville - Sleeps 12

Watch the Nashville skyline turn pink from your private rooftop deck, then gather around the fire pit below after a day exploring Broadway, 12 South, or Geodis Park. This four-bedroom house sleeps 12 and gives a big group room to actually spread out and stay together.
• Sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms and 12 beds
• 4 bathrooms, most bedrooms with private en suites
• Private rooftop deck with neon sign, bar seating, and skyline views
• Gas fire pit for a second gathering spot after dark
• Attached 2-car garage plus free street parking
• Keyless entry for easy arrival
• Playful theme room and mushroom-wallpapered entry hall

A hallway wrapped in mushroom wallpaper, a glowing neon sign, and a staircase set the tone the moment you walk in, before the group even reaches the living room. It's a small detail that makes this house feel like more than just another rental. The kitchen opens straight into the living and dining area, with a marbled island and black cabinets that keep the cook in the conversation instead of tucked away.

Bar stools line the island for easy breakfasts, and the sectional and armchairs give everyone a place to land after a long day out. Upstairs, the private rooftop deck is where the house really comes alive, with lounge seating, bar stools, and a neon sign framing the skyline view.

It's the natural spot to end the night with a drink in hand, and a themed room downstairs adds a playful extra sleeping option for the group. Spend the day at Geodis Park, Broadway, 12 South, or the Gulch, come back for dinner in the kitchen, watch the sunset from the roof, then wind down around the fire pit before everyone splits off to their own room.
