2 Homes | Rooftop Decks + Fire Pit | Sleeps 24

Two-Step books two side-by-side Nashville homes on one reservation, both exclusively yours, minutes from Geodis Park and a quick ride to Broadway, 12 South, and the Gulch.
• Sleeps 24 across 8 bedrooms and 24 beds combined
• 8 bathrooms combined, most bedrooms with private en suites
• Two rooftop decks with neon signs, string lights, and bar seating
• Two full kitchens and living rooms, no shared spaces with other guests
• Shared fire pit between the homes for group hangouts after dark
• Garage parking plus free street parking

A group of 24 usually means somebody ends up on a couch. Here, two complete homes standing side by side mean every single guest gets a real bed, plus double the kitchen space and double the room to spread out. Home 1 holds four bedrooms: two ensuite queen rooms each with a double trundle, a king ensuite, and a fourth queen room, plus a bonus room with two single beds and a trundle for extra sleepers.

Home 2 mirrors it closely with the same four-bedroom setup and a second bonus room, giving a wedding party or extended family the option to split by household while staying steps apart. Each home keeps its own full kitchen and living room, so nobody's waiting on counter space or a seat in front of the TV.

Spend the day at Geodis Park or wandering 12 South, grill out by the shared fire pit as the sun drops, then split between the two rooftop decks for drinks under the string lights before the group heads out toward Broadway for the night.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Your guest portal also includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay.

These upgrades are optional and include:

Nash Bash Party Planning — 10% off
