SoBro walkable stay, gated parking, sleeps 8

Mixtape puts you right in the middle of SoBro, close enough to walk to Broadway and the Country Music Hall of Fame, with gated parking that's hard to find this close to downtown.
• Sleeps 8 across 2 bedrooms
• 2.5 bathrooms, including two en suites
• Gated parking spot plus free street parking
• Private patio for evenings after a day downtown
• Fully equipped kitchen with two islands and bar seating
• High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace
• Colorful, funky decor with a gallery wall and local art

Cook a real meal, pour a glass of wine at the island, then carry plates out to the dining table under the mural wall when the group wants to sit down together. This is a home built for actually living in for a few days, not just sleeping in between nights out.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and its own en suite bath, while the second bedroom holds two full beds with a second en suite, so two groups or families each get their own bathroom and don't have to share. A half bath off the hallway covers guests who are just passing through, and a private entrance keeps your stay separate from the neighbors.

Spend the day walking to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, or the Country Music Hall of Fame, grab a late dinner nearby, then come back to unwind on the patio under the pergola before splitting off to your own ensuite bedroom for the night.

The living room's leather sofa and gallery wall make a good spot for a slow morning with coffee, and the green-tile kitchen gives the group real counter space instead of one cramped galley.

BEDROOM LAYOUT
Two bedrooms, both with private en suite baths, give every guest real privacy instead of a shared hallway bathroom.
• Bedroom 1: King bed, en suite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: 2 full beds, en suite bathroom This layout works well for a couple traveling with friends, a small family, or a birthday or bachelorette weekend that wants a real home base instead of a hotel block. It's not set up for large events or extra unregistered guests beyond the stated sleep count. SoBro weekends fill up fast around concerts and game days, reserve your dates before the calendar closes out
