East Nashville craftsman - sleeps 10 - media room

Porch House is a 1920s craftsman in East Nashville, steps from The Pharmacy Burger Parlor & Beer Garden and a short drive from Broadway's honky-tonks.
• Sleeps 10 across 3 bedrooms and 3 beds
• 2.5 bathrooms
• Media room with a 75" TV
• Fenced backyard for pets and downtime outside
• Dedicated workspace for remote work days
• Smart lock self check-in
• Exterior security cameras for peace of mind

A front porch with woven chairs sets the tone before you even get inside: this is a real 1920s craftsman house, not a townhouse, with the character of an original East Nashville home. Inside, the living room centers on a working fireplace with a green sofa and blue armchair, opening through French doors into a second living space with a sectional and a media room setup built around a 75" TV.

The dining room seats the group around a wooden table for meals before heading out, and the kitchen's stainless appliances and two-tone cabinets make cooking for the group simple. A dedicated workspace with a desk and an exercise bike keeps anyone's routine on track between trips out, and a fenced backyard gives both people and pets room to spread out.

Spend the afternoon at Riverfront Park or Shelby Bottoms Greenway, grab a beer a short walk from the porch, then settle back in for movie night on the big screen before everyone turns in.
